★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in numerous hotels in Germany, Holland and Belgium, this is by far the best I've stayed in for cleanliness and hospitality, the staff are super friendly, lovely atmosphere , 5euro laundry service and perfect location if working around port of antwerp petrochemical plants

The people who are responsible for all this Caroline and her Mom very friendly and I think that they have put their heart on everything . Quite place to relax returning from your job .We want to thank you , me and my colleague George for your hospitality and we wish to see you soon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is mixed. On the one hand the room was very clean, tidy, warm, modern etc., however there is no restaurant or arrangement for food/dinner on site. The restaurants the hotel recommends werent open and I had to travel quite far to find somewhere to get dinner. It's not ideal when you have had a long day at work. The hotel should make it clear that there is no restaurant on site.

Everything was absolutely perfect.
We got a bottle of champagne and a greeting card for the new year. These little things make a difference to the quality of the place. I recommend fully!
