showroom is mooi en overzichtelijk. aandacht voor klant bij bezoek is OK. Nadien loopt alles mis: facturaties, bestellingen, opvolging. niks werkt.
Telefonisch ONMOGELIJK contact te nemen. Enigste manier om binnen te geraken is via de sanicenter of via een ander filiaal.
Een bestelling geplaatst in februari. We zijn nu quasi juli, en stukken nog steeds niet binnen...
Communicatie kon op zijn minst wat beter. Belofte maakt schuld. Heel de bouwplanning draait hierdoor in de soep.

showroom is nice and clear. attention to customer when visiting is OK. Afterwards, everything goes wrong: invoicing, orders, follow-up. nothing works.
IMPOSSIBLE to contact by phone. The only way to get in is through the sanicenter or through another branch.
Placed an order in February. We are now almost July, and pieces still haven't arrived...
Communication could at least be a bit better. Promise is debt. As a result, the entire construction planning is in the soup.

Correct and smooth attempt to find my old part, but unfortunately it didn't work. Apparently SFINCKS is no more.

β β β β β Grote toonzaal maar daar stopt het, persoonlijk vond ik dat er amper iets in de smaak valt. Van het personeel moet je al zkr niet veel verwachten, totaal niet behulpzaam.
Large showroom but that's where it ends, personally I found that there is hardly anything to like. You should not expect much from the staff, they are not helpful at all.

β β β β β Showroom bezocht inzake onze nieuwbouw. Zeer grote variatie aan stijlen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en goede uitleg gekregen. Verkoopster nam echt haar tijd. Geen 5/5 gezien de prijs. We weten dat Facq bij de duurdere spelers is, maar bvb 1100 euro voor een spiegel (niets speciaals) deze vind je in doe-het-zelf voor 200 a 300 euro.
Best je keuzes afwegen als je beslist hier te kopen
Visited showroom regarding our new construction. Very wide variety of styles. Very kindly received and good explanation. Saleswoman really took her time. Not 5/5 considering the price. We know that Facq is among the more expensive players, but eg 1100 euros for a mirror (nothing special) you can find this in do-it-yourself for 200 to 300 euros.
It is best to consider your choices if you decide to buy here
