Aucun joint de silicone prévu donc nos bois trempaient dans l'eau à la moindre pluie. La base après 12 ans paraissait visuellement impeccable intérieurement et extérieurement car traitée en usine mais était toute pourrie à coeur. Devis demandé et promis mais Tjs rien reçu après 6 mois. Malgré des relances par mail et tel. Enfin reçu, ils ont fait marche arrière disant que leur devis était sous estimé. ABANDONNÉS, NOUS NOUS SOMMES DIRIGÉS VERS UN GENTIL MENUISIER DE LA RÉGION QUI A REMPLACÉ RAPIDEMENT LE BAS DE TOUTE NOTRE VÉRANDA EN AFZELIA ou lieu de leur meranti POUR UN PRIX ENFIN PLUS QUE RAISONNABLE. JAMAIS PLUS CHEZ FABRIBOIS
Really dismal after-sales service. Their wood from our veranda was placed directly on the stone thresholds. No silicone joint provided so our woods soaked in water at the slightest rain. The base after 12 years appeared visually flawless internally and externally as treated in the factory but was rotten to the core. Quote requested and promised but Tjs received nothing after 6 months. Despite reminders by email and such. Finally received, they backed off saying that their quote was underestimated. ABANDONED, WE WERE DIRECTED TOWARDS A KIND CARPENTER OF THE REGION WHO QUICKLY REPLACED THE BOTTOM OF ALL OUR VERANDA IN AFZELIA or place of their meranti FOR A FINALLY MORE THAN REASONABLE PRICE. NEVER AGAIN AT FABRIBOIS

Intervention to solve a problem of water infiltration on a French window whose silicone seal was no longer waterproof: punctuality, great friendliness of the two technicians, very clean work. Fully satisfied with the intervention.
