★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple errors, both in specification (one door was specified opening left instead of right, despite multiple walkthroughs), and installation (sliding doors installed not flush with floor, blinds took weeks to get working).
No support after installation when things go wrong (eg front door settles on hinges and scrapes floorboards - no help in knowing how to adjust), and no response when I ask them to fix a breakage, until I tell them I will leave a negative review.
Avoid.
EDIT - F-Tech was a subcontractor or supplier of my builder (who was egregiously bad in almost every way and is now deservedly bankrupt). It's possible that the problem was caused by my builder (I don't know who did the installation - the builder, another subcontractor or F-Tech), but I had to get F-Tech's technician out a number of times to fix basic issues, and found them incredibly hard to get support from.
I grant that it's possible that F-Tech were competent and the problems were caused by my builder, but the lack of responsiveness was not re-assuring.
