The first impression, a good feeling, these brokers are ready for their customers, however large or small the property to be sold is. You don't get the feeling that you wouldn't bring in enough.

Je plaide plutôt la mauvaise foi de votre part.
Le turbot à 17€/kg n’existe nulle part même hors temps de fête. Et si je voyais ce prix, je me méfierais car il s’agirait plutôt de barbue, d’aspect très semblable mais beaucoup moins fine.
La réalité: j’ai payé le prix des turbots bruts au prix du filet nettoyé.
Pour la même commande chez Delhaize, j’aurais payé 50€ ( au lieu de 142,80€) pour des filets nettoyés et emballés hermétiquement.
J’ajoute que je trouve normal de payer plus cher chez un petit commerçant local mais je soutiens que votre prix reste exagéré.

The turbot at 17€/kg does not exist anywhere, even outside of festive times. And if I saw this price, I would be wary because it would rather be brill, very similar in appearance but much less fine.
The reality: I paid the price of raw turbots at the price of the cleaned fillet.
For the same order at Delhaize, I would have paid €50 (instead of €142.80) for nets cleaned and hermetically packed.
I would add that I find it normal to pay more at a small local merchant, but I maintain that your price is still exaggerated.
