★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne comprends pas à quoi ils servent....pas tjrs agréables. Très difficile d être joignable. Donne de mauvaises informations. Vous défendent vraiment très mal, vous disant que c'est foutu avant de vous présenter à l'onem, ça sort pendant l'entretien pour téléphoner et vous vous demerdez seul! Pour mieux vous en sortir sans eux ! Personnellement je me renseigne moi même à l'onem dorénavant.
 I do not understand what they are used for .... not always pleasant. Very difficult to be reached. Gives bad information. You really defend very badly, telling you that it is screwed up before you go to the onem, it comes out during the interview to call and you can ask yourself alone! To better get by without them! Personally I inquire myself at the onem from now on.
