★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een afspraak om 9u30, door coronamaatregelen moest ik buiten wachten, waar ik geen probleem mee heb, maar ze kon me niet zeggen hoelang ik zou moeten wachten. Na 20 min dan maar zelf nog eens mijn hoofd binnen gestoken en gevraagd of ze enig idee had hoelang ik zou moeten wachten, de kapster kon het weer niet zeggen... niet vriendelijk, niet stipt en zeker niet professioneel. Geen aanrader dus !
I had an appointment at 9:30 am, due to corona measures I had to wait outside, which I have no problem with, but she couldn't tell me how long I would have to wait. After 20 minutes I put my head inside again and asked if she had any idea how long I would have to wait, the hairdresser couldn't say it again ... not friendly, not punctual and certainly not professional. So not recommended!
