De eerste keer laat hij niets weten, moet ik zelf initiatief nemen om hem te contacteren.
De tweede keer maken wij opnieuw een afspraak; ik doe alle voorbereidingen (meubels verplaatsen enz), dan stuurt hij de dag zelf (!) een sms dat hij niet kan komen.
Beneden alle peil totaal onprofessioneel.
Had an appointment twice. Never again.
The first time he says nothing, I have to take the initiative to contact him.
The second time we make another appointment; I do all the preparations (moving furniture, etc.), then he sends the day itself (!) an SMS that he cannot come.
Below all levels totally unprofessional.
