a	amina B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaring gehad bij exotic plant, de sfeer bij de werknemers was oke maar de managing was enorm onvriendelijk. Het onterecht ontslaan van mensen was er de normaalste zaak dan ook zonder enige verwittiging. Ook het vernederen van de werknemers en machtsmisbruik was iets waar niks op werd gezegd. Ik hoop dat er hier snel verandering in kom want dit is niet hoe een werkplaats zou moeten draaien het ontslaan van mensen en dan telkens nieuwe mensen moeten aannemen omdat er een tekort is zorgt ervoor dat de productiviteit naar beneden gaat omdat deze telkens alles van 0 moeten aanleren. En het zijn dan de werknemers die het boeltje mooi mogen opkuisen en sneller werken om dan toch maar aan die targets te geraken. Er zijn mensen aan het werk die bijwijze van spreken het hele bedrijf op hun rug dragen en dan word er zo onrespectvol omgegaan met hun. Een schande!! Had bad experience with exotic plant, the atmosphere among the employees was okay but the managing was very unfriendly. The unfair dismissal of people was therefore the most normal thing without any warning. The humiliation of the employees and the abuse of power was also something that was not said. I hope that this will change soon because this is not how a workshop should run firing people and then hiring new people every time because there is a shortage ensures that productivity goes down because they always have to go from zero teach. And it is the employees who are allowed to clean things up nicely and work faster in order to reach those targets. There are people at work who carry the entire company on their back, so to speak, and they are treated so disrespectfully. A disgrace!!

Still waiting to run by the boss on the streets to se if he is half the man he pretended to be there, ginger lying coward. Keep looking for other places to work that they are lot of good places, but if you like to be treated as a slave and work in an unhappy enviroment this is your place
