 (Carrier) It is a complete tragedy to work with them. I do not recommend anyone to even try. With 3 trucks provided, they could not provide me with 8000 km paid per truck ?! to bankruptcy to command !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szybki rozładunek szkła słabo że 2 strony do otwarcia można zainwestiwac w przedłużenie wideł choć pewnie coś mają bo po rozładunku coś zakładali albo się mylę i tym nie mogli tak więc bez dalszych komentarzy Pozdrawiam
Quick unloading of the glass, it is bad that 2 sides to open can be invested in extending the forks, although they probably have something because after unloading they assumed something or I was wrong and they could not so without further comments. Regards

Sam załadunek nie trwa długo ale kobieta która jest odpowiedzialna za załadunki a jednocześnie jest operatorem wózka widłowego jeździ bardzo nierozważnie za pierwszym razem uszkodziła mi naczepę a za drugim razem dużo nie brakowało by powtórzyła sytuację poza tym jest bardzo opryskliwa, wredna i nie miła!!! Szkoda słów!!!
I've had the opportunity to be here twice and have no memories of it. The loading itself does not take long but the woman who is responsible for loading and at the same time is the operator of the forklift drives very recklessly the first time she damaged my trailer and the second time there was a lot to repeat the situation, besides she is very rude, mean and not nice !!! Too bad for words !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom hier regelmatig goederen brengen met de vrachtwagen. Helaas wordt je hier niet vriendelijk ontvangen. De mevrouw die laad en lost kent duidelijk geen klantvriendelijkheid. Bij het minste die haar niet zint begint ze te roepen. Iedereen probeert zijn job zo goed mogelijk te doen, jammer dat je dan zo afgeblaft wordt. Het betreft de afdeling van voestalpine.
I regularly bring goods here by truck. Unfortunately you will not receive a friendly welcome here. The lady who loads and unloads clearly knows no customer service. She starts yelling at the least thing she doesn't like. Everyone tries to do their job as well as possible, it's a shame that you are barked like that. It concerns the division of voestalpine.

Some anger management courses could be paid by owners, to teach her to leave home her frustrations, even if is socially desirable for Flemish to be arrogant and insulting to (working) foreigners.
