I have to admit, I much prefer the London St Pancras terminal. Brussels Terminal on arrival is not what I expected. It is very much tucked in a corner of the main rail station. Once through customs etc, including the facial recognition passport machines, it opens out into really large duty free area, with lots of food items, alcohol and trinkets etc. The waiting area is vast with accessible toilets. There wasn't any issues boarding the train and Eurostar staff were very helpful.

Such a sad place. Make sure you get your coffee or other drinks prior to passing the security/border control. Apart from a duty free shop there's absolutely nothing in the waiting area

Generally lacking in information. A scanner that you have to remove your belt. Automatic UK passport recognition machines that don't recognise the "new" UK passports. Standing in a queue to get on rhe train because that just seemed the only place to wait. Then nobody on duty to answer questions when boarding, which resulted in seating muddles. Not the best experience.

Worst service ever! Train broke down halfway between Amsterdam and London (which may happen), but what followed was pure disregard for all passengers: over 100 passengers were left in Brussels to their own luck, having to hope to get on the last train of the day. The company then refused to attempt having these passengers relocated to an earlier train, and ultimately after a lot of stress we all arrived in London over 6 hours later than expected. If that was not enough absurd, the company also claims the total delay (to be considered for refund) was only 66 minutes - which is basically only the delay that happened before the train broke down in Brussels. All that without mentioning the ticket costs twice as much as a plane ticket. In summary: I will never travel with them again!

Managing to make a journey an unforgettable experience goes 2 ways. Eurostar in Brussels makes it a disgusting one. The only sign in the waiting area is showing where the toilet is. Where is the train? Staff at the security check understands about 10% English and none of my German. So if you want to be treated last class because you want to do the right thing: get on a train in Belgium.

Travelled by business premium and loved it. The staff were super nice and soo professional. Had big smiles in both the lounge and on the train journey. The train service team kept asking if we needed anything and were very polite. I loved every minute of it. I'll say if you can afford a business class ticket, go for it. You will be pleased you did. Well done Eurostar

It's great way to travel internationally. Managers been nice with people, they been updating us so often about our journey, and they provide the correct information about delays ( durring the Eunice storm) so any people they had other train to catch they been proper informed. Thanks Eurostar for your services.

Very uncomfortable experience with no cafe and no proper food or drinks except a plain coffee/tea. I was travelling with my young daughter and looking forward to the old cafe which had a range of fresh food and drinks, didn’t except to have nothing to give her. It seems very shortsighted to give over so much space to the duty free shop and not to cater for very basic customer needs, especially given how extremely expensive tickets are.
