Couldn't deliver flowers despite ordering at 12.00 for a delivery the same day (got the information late so couldn't find alternative). Answered by email and got informed that will get a feedback after three days. Avoid at all cost and use their competitors.

My partner ordered a bouquet of 75EUR for Valentines and I received dead flowers, pictures taken on the day of arrival and the 2 following days after. Until now, the shop doesn't reply on my emails and is not picking up their phone. What a great scam!

This was my first time ordering a flower delivery internationally and Euroflorist made it a very easy process! My daughter was thrilled with the flowers and the photos looked beautiful. Thank you for helping us to celebrate our daughters graduation from afar.

I was not satisfied with the operation of the store, delivery was 5 days late and that too only because the supplier had not delivered on the agreed date, even though he had stated that delivered. The store did deliver when the recipient contacted us by phone, but a different bouquet was delivered. I no longer order flower delivery from this store. Roses was ordered, but got something else.

First of all, Euroflorist is my number one choice because of good selections of flowers and I had good experience already as I had ordered twice before. However, this time was not so good as the requested delivery time was not followed. We got the flowers around 7:50pm today (Jan 21, 2022) which is not the requested delivery time of 8:00AM-10:00AM. I did not even get a notification that the delivery time will not be followed or it will be delivered late. The morning delivery is important for us since these flowers are supposed to be the highlight of event. I’m sharing this to make your team aware about this experience and make sure that it wont happen to your other customers. One thing is for sure, I will still be your loyal customer and will still order your products for our future occasions. Thanks and have a great day!

Very dissatisfied with my order from Euroflorist. I ordered the large bouquet in the photo titled 'Field of Roses' for the anniversary of my partner's mother, and the flowers that were delivered had not one rose and looked nothing like the photo (see below). The flowers looked very basic and like something you'd find at a gas station. Not what I ordered, very unhappy. When I emailed Euroflorist (twice) asking them to send the bouquet I ordered or refund my money I received no response. I have ordered from Euroflorist in the past, I will not do so again.

Ordered flowers for a parents birthday - flowers delivered 4 days after the event. On two separate occasions I was emailed stating that they were unable to deliver due to no flowers shops being open?? I was offered a refund, but decided to go a head with the order as I live abroad and wanted surprise my parent. Ordering and emailing was straightforward, but could not get through to the customer service team via phone. The flowers were very nice and of high quality.
