Il a fallu deux lavages (aucune décoloration), et veste imperméabilisée : le tout sans supplément de prix.

Malgré la couleur, il n'était pas considéré comme costume uni, donc 2.50€ supplémentaire!!! Je ne savais pas que les machines parviennent à lire les marques ?! Honnêtement, je n'y retournerai pas! Plus chère que la concurrence, pas flexible et délais Supérieur aux autres. Première et dernière.
I filed 3 suits, one of which did not have the same mark between the pants and the jacket, having the same color. Despite the color, it was not considered a solid suit, so 2.50 € extra !!! I did not know that the machines manage to read the brands ?! Honestly, I will not go back! More expensive than the competition, not flexible and delays Superior to others. First and last.

The day after, I called them at 6pm explaining what happened and asking whether I could drop off a suit in 20-25 minutes (i.e., within their opening hours). They told me, very casually, that they were going to close early again.
