The fence was rented for more than 1 year, for which the rent already was much more than the actual cost of purchasing the fence. After usage of 1 year, and taking into account the deprecation of the material, such high cost should not be charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lots of different machines on offer for very reasonable prices. If you rent in the weekend, the rate is even better.
The material, however, is worn out. The biggest downside, and why I try to avoid them, is the time lost. When renting equipment, you need to queue four (!) times in total. Paperwork takes way to long to complete. On two occasions, paperwork was filed for machines that weren't available anyway. An alternative was found, but at the cost of extra time lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair prices but the personnel is rather unfriendly and the paperwork takes way too long. I wanted to rent something today but they sent me home for not having my id with me. As someone who has been a frequent customer there for over 2 years it goes without saying that I won't be returning.

Although additional costs are reasonable ( resharpening in my case) such large fees should be specified in the book or at least explained before hiring at the desk.
Less importantly - I don’t need to be worshiped
But better / friendlier customer service in the shop would be good.
In my view If these 2 points were addressed this would easily be a 5 star business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent machines, all you need, but some employees are just super unfriendly and unwilling to help! Others are really nice but beware when you stumble onto the wrong person esp when you are not a pro. Some seem to love it when you come back for nothing or rent out the wrong machine. That kind of thing.
