die mannen komen de boel letterlijk voor de ingang van je appartementen smijten en weg lopen ( 4 rollen plasticsvloerbedekking +/- 7Γ4m, de levering gebeurt door 1 persoon dat niet ouder dan 18 is + hij komt alleen en helpt zelfs niet mee om de bestelde rollen in de lift te steken of niets).
De afspraak was om 17:30, mijn bestelling wordt pas om 19:00 geleverd!!!
klantengerichtheid is ver te zoeken bij die mannen.
GEEN AANRADER!!!
Worst Delivery Ever !!!
those men literally throw everything in front of the entrance of your apartments and walk away (4 rolls of plastic floor covering +/- 7 Γ 4m, the delivery is done by 1 person who is not older than 18 + he comes alone and does not even help to ordered rolls in the elevator or nothing).
The appointment was at 5:30 pm, my order will not be delivered until 7:00 pm !!!
customer focus is hard to find among these men.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

After two weeks of buying a furniture we discoverd a constructing defect in the set.
I went back to the shop and ask them to fix the defect. But the seller showed an aggressive behaviour, insulted me, my religion, and used a lot of disrespectful words.
I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMMEND this shop.
Beware, if buying anything from this shop.
