Mijn elektrische verwarming deed het niet meer, via de handleiding heb ik de nummer van het bedrijf gevonden, toen ik ze opbelde mocht ik meteen bij hun langsgaan met mijn defecte toestel. de volgende dag kwam ik thuis met een nieuwe toestel. en dat in de volle winter seizoen. respect voor de snelle service en de gastvrijheid van deze mensen. zeker een aanrader! Exceptional good service from these gentlemen. My electric heating did not work anymore, through the manual I found the number of the company, when I called them I immediately went to their defective device. the next day I came home with a new device. and that in the full winter season. respect for the fast service and hospitality of these people. highly recommended!

Avec un an de recul nous sommes entièrement satisfaits des différents systèmes et produits proposés et de leur utilisation qui n'ont rien à voir avec ce qu'on trouve habituellement dans le commerce. Cette année nous avons commandé un conforthec 800W supplémentaire pour la salle de jeux des enfants qui nous donne déjà entière satisfaction. Ce que nous avons apprécié; les conseils professionnels, le support technique, le rapport qualité-prix, la société à taille humaine. A recommander! In 2019, we ordered and installed 3 Genova radiators (for children's rooms), a Conforthec 1500W radiator for a more spacious room and a Carli 700W towel dryer + programmable 1000W blower for the bathroom. With a year of hindsight we are completely satisfied with the various systems and products offered and their use which have nothing to do with what is usually found on the market. This year we have ordered an additional 800W conforthec for the children's playroom which is already giving us complete satisfaction. What we appreciated; professional advice, technical support, value for money, a company on a human scale. To recommend!

Cependant, même si le prix d achat est très intéressant au départ, les dépenses à honorer pour toutes les réparations ultérieures reviennent très chères. À choisir, nous préférons le gaz ou les pompes à chaleur car cela revient, in fine, au même prix, même si le personnel d Eureka confort est très aimable et serviable. Very good after-sales service (apart from the exorbitant repair prices). However, even if the purchase price is very interesting initially, the expenses to be honored for all the subsequent repairs are very expensive. To choose between, we prefer gas or heat pumps because it ultimately comes down to the same price, even though the Eureka Confort staff are very friendly and helpful.

J'ai acheté 2 radiateurs qui me procurent entière satisfaction. Leur système dégage une chaleur très agréable. Ils sont très design et s'intègrent parfaitement dans mon appartement au décor très épuré. En plus d'un prix très attractif, j'ai été particulièrement impressionnée par le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel avec qui j'ai été en contact. Je recommande vivement cette société qui de plus est 100 % belge. Their system gives off a very pleasant heat. They are very designer and fit perfectly into my apartment with its very refined decor. In addition to a very attractive price, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff with whom I was in contact. I highly recommend this company which is also 100% Belgian.
