I enjoyed the cooking workshop that I followed. The recipes were accessible and the group very nice. And Muriel is not stingy with explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les cours se font en petits groupes ce qui permet de bien assimiler la matière et pouvoir poser ses questions. Le repas de midi est conviviale et Murielle est une hôte d'exception. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour circuler et être à l'aise. Léger bémol : être sensible à la naturopathie et le végétarisme. Large panel de formations.
The lessons are done in small groups which allows to assimilate the material well and to be able to ask questions. The midday meal is convivial and Murielle is an exceptional host. There is a lot of space to move around and be comfortable. Slight downside: be sensitive to naturopathy and vegetarianism. Wide range of training courses.
