a) besoin d'une pièce Husqvarna : on me répond : "on sait pas , le seul qui s'occupe de ça est parti !!!"
b) réservé une machine , le jour J , machine pas dispo ( sans prévenir / ni excuse )
c) intéressé à l'achat d'une machine , ne rappelle pas quand elle rentre ...
bref , les vieux ont Alzheimer et les jeunes pas très pro réactif ...
j'ai acheté une Stihl ... ailleurs

b) reserved a machine, on D-day, machine not available (without warning / or excuse)
c) interested in buying a machine, don't call back when she comes home ...
in short, the old have Alzheimer's and the young are not very pro-reactive ...
I bought a Stihl ... elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y vais depuis des années. Toujours aussi compétent . Meme si au téléphone on a un premier abords brut il faut passer outre ce fait car ils ont des solutions aux problèmes et un bon choix de matériel.
I have been going there for years. Always so competent. Even if on the phone we have a rough first approach, we must ignore this fact because they have solutions to the problems and a good choice of equipment.
