Tout c'est bien passé et on a correctement traité ma demande. Le seul hic, c'est la salle d'attente qui est petite et le délais d'attente assez élevés.

Everything went well and we handled my request correctly. The only problem is the waiting room which is small and the waiting times quite high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'attente n'y est pas longue du tout. Le personnel est accueillant et répond rapidement à la demande ou aux questions. Beaucoup de choses peuvent être réglées avec eux via téléphone et courrier. J'ai dû contracter une assurance en urgence et j'ai tout fait par téléphone, en 2 jours j'étais assurée.
The wait is not long at all. The staff are welcoming and respond quickly to requests or questions. Many things can be settled with them via phone and mail. I had to take out emergency insurance and I did everything by phone, in 2 days I was insured.
