They quickly help you out and while waiting you can have coffee or tea and use free internet.
I went their for a car assurance, they advised me and gave me additional information. When I took the assurance, they helped me out for the necessary paperwork.
No appointment necessary, you can go there within opening hours. They advise you in any case to go early to avoid waiting.
