I am in charge of the choice of the energy supplier at home and I contact you as a customer from one of your competitors.
As said several times to your colleagues, I am not interested in your services.But above all I am very unsatisfied by your practices.
It's been roughly 3 months that your army of cold callers phones me twice a week, despite the fact that I ask to be erased from your database.
I am very disappointed that you are not able to register that I am not interested in your offer.How could you Therefore, pretend to be more efficient than other companies if you are not able to set in place simple task such as prospect follow up.
One last time can you please update your prospect database and delete my phone number.
I am sure it will make me feel more comfortable with the brand Essent.

β β β β β This company is horrible. Letters from private or a lawyer are not answered. Several hundred Euro have just disappeared from my account. Invoices are sent falsified predated. A bill dated with the 1st of the following month you often receive already on 25th of the current month.
Prepayments are reversed in order to then send a punitive proven reminder and to require a new and higher payment.
Stay away from ESSENT so you can enjoy your free time.

β β β β β I normally never write a review, but this time I can't leave it like that. Worst company ever. Doubles their prices every year if you don't ask yourself for a cheaper price. Good way to support your customers.... They really s*** at everything. I'd recommend to really avoid this company, they are literally thieves, which will laugh in your face when you complain.

β β β β β You need to avoid this company. Totally worthless. After 6 months I still didn't received the final bill. So they're avoiding to pay your money back. Only answer from them was that their system sucks and it has a problem and I should be patient. That's why next time they'll discuss with a lawyer

β β β β β Over 2 months they are not capable of closing down my contract after moving to another country. Their customer servise is a pile of sh*t. Each and every person says a different thing. At one moment they said they have recieved the overtaking document to the new renter, while they constantly said to me they did not. When I finally managed to receive my own copy, I sent it to them, and they kept pushing me to pay the open bills for April and May whilst the document states that it is already should be for the new renter. They made up a closing invoice, that counted 44 days extra charges, from the moment I called them that, this need to be closed down. After giving them my calculations of how much I am supposed to pay, there is already 10 days of silence! Also no response to the new renter. And they do not have officially an English speaking service, nor are transparent over their prices.
Tip: do not contract Essent!

β β β β β When renewing your contract, they don't give you the best deal. They just continue the type of contract you already have, which could be way more expensive than the new offers they have. I lost more than 500β¬ because of this and they don't care at all. Loyalty clearly doesn't matter because now I have the feeling I have to switch companies every year. I am NOT returning to Essent, that's for sure.

β β β β β This is for sure the worse electric company choice that we can end up with .High tarifes but like ALWAYS problem and it take s forever to cofrect haos they make. After resiving a bill almost 1000 e to pay extra and enorme amout of stress and time to fix it before every time new haos new uncorrect bills .I just spend 1 hour last on the phone by them they PROMISSE ME LIKE 100 % that i will resive corect amound s and what they dit ? In 3 cases at ones they make all dublle hight that we just talk about !!!!! If u wana live in stress all the time this is the company how will gwarantie u that .My worse choice ever be carefull and choice anything else but not this . My good advice :(
