★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'agence n'est comme avant, la standardiste elle vraiment nul, elle sait répondre a aucune question, pour le billet je préfère à la directement vers les agence comme brussels Airlines ou air France c'est moin cher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les 3 étoiles que je donne concerne l'agence en général n'inclus pas l'employé au nom de FATOU très désagréable prend les gens de haut, ne propose pas des solutions pour satisfaire les clients en bref nul. Je n'irais plus chez elle c sûr.
The 3 stars that I give concerns the agency in general does not include the employee in the name of FATOU very rude takes people high, does not offer solutions to satisfy customers in short nil. I wouldn't go to her house again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees do not wear masks and do they expect from their clients to wear one? One employee was sick and was going at the toilet all the time without wearing a mask! Unbelievable! All of them extremely slow!
Btw the Brazilian guy who works there is very nice.
