C'est très agaçant car on vous certifie qu'il fonctionnera directement or il faut souvent casi 48 heures . les chauffeurs du bus n'étant pas très sympa avec les enfants il se permettent des réflexions sur leur abonnement alors que cet abonnement a été payé cela fait plusieurs fois et c'est très très très énervant . et comme toujours il se permet de beaucoup plus en l'absence des parents je trouve ça inadmissible . Quand on en parle notamment au conseiller on me dit oui je sais mais aucune solution . je ne trouve pas ça normal
