★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time (in 2020) I was offered a very good service, but the second time (2021) I saw a clear decrease in quality and follow-up. For me it doesn't seem to justify the high prices of their services anymore: almost no feedback, no explanations on the contract, they "forgot" an important clause in the contract (leading to additional costs), gave different answers than the Ministry of finance on rental matters etc. It felt like they just happened to be very lucky last time. I will not give them exclusivity in the future anymore, because I would have wanted a lot more proactivity. I felt rather like a number instead of a client this time. :(
