★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wij hebben een te fijne plakband bij Eska gekocht; alhoewel er volgens hun regels binnen 14 dagen kan gereageerd worden hebben wij na 10 gevraagd om onze hoop plakband te wisselen voor dikker; dat hebben ze geweigerd; nooit zullen wij bij hen nog iets kopen;

 we have bought too fine an adhesive tape from Eska; although according to their rules we can respond within 14 days, we asked after 10 to exchange our heap of adhesive tape for thicker; they refused that; we will never buy anything from them again;
