Ze nemen de tijd om je het juridische-middeleeuwse vakjargon in verstaanbaar Nederlands uit te leggen, zodat je begrijpt wat je ondertekent. De communicatie verloopt op een heel ongedwongen manier, waardoor langsgaan bij de notaris zelfs gezellig wordt! Oh ja, en de koffie is erg lekker :) I have had Notaris Houben and his staff follow up several files and always received perfect service: correct, friendly and professional! They take the time to explain the legal-medieval professional jargon to you in intelligible Dutch, so that you understand what you are signing. The communication takes place in a very casual way, which makes visiting the notary even fun! Oh yes, and the coffee is very tasty :)
