Very, very dissatisfied, very poor after-sales service, difficult to access. Printer 2860 not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb onlangs een Epson printer L355 gekocht. Op mijn ipad,iphone en mijn laptop met windows 8.1
verliep de installatie perfect. Op mijn imac krijg ik de printer niet aan de praat. Steeds meldingen zoals
"gestopt filter mislukt - verwijder epson scan en "this software can 't be installed on this computer".
computer is imac OS X 10.10.2
I recently purchased an Epson L355 printer. On my ipad, iphone and my laptop with windows 8.1
the installation went perfectly. I can't get the printer working on my imac. Always reports such as
"stopped filter failed - remove epson scan and" this software can't be installed on this computer ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté un projecteur Epson EH-TW610, du jour au lendemain celui-ci à arrêté de fonctionner (le produit est en état impeccable avec entretien régulier des filtres,…). Nous avons reçu un devis de réparation qui s’élève au prix du projecteur (carte mère cassé). Cela ressemble bel et bien à un problème d'obsolescence programmée !!!! Si j’achète un projecteur il me semble normal de devoir changer une ampoule après X heur mais pas la carte mère ! C’est scandaleux et vraiment pas commercial. J'appel cela du vol !
We bought an Epson EH-TW610 projector, overnight it stopped working (the product is in impeccable condition with regular maintenance of the filters, etc.). We have received a repair estimate for the cost of the projector (broken motherboard). It does look like a problem of planned obsolescence !!!! If I buy a projector it seems normal to me to have to change a bulb after X hours but not the motherboard! It’s outrageous and really not commercial. I call it theft!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tweede epson printer waarbij problemen opduiken met inktcartridge herkenning... sx410 printer weigert 1 cartridge te herkennen.... enkel zwart wit afdrukken blijkt intussen ook geen optie met de 4 aparte kleuren cartridges terwijl enkel de cyaan cartridge word geweigerd... bij deze is dit mijn laatste epson aankoop
second epson printer where problems arise with ink cartridge recognition ... sx410 printer refuses to recognize 1 cartridge .... only black and white printing has now turned out to be not an option with the 4 separate color cartridges while only the cyan cartridge is refused ... with this one this is my last epson purchase

Zonder overdrijven, sta ik al meer dan drie uur te wachten in de rij.
Er wordt nooit opgenomen!!!
ZEER SLECHTE SERVICE en oohja, ook altijd problemen met de printer!
Been calling for technical support all morning and afternoon.
No exaggeration, I've been waiting in line for over three hours.
No recording ever!!!
VERY BAD SERVICE and ooh yes, always problems with the printer!

Always had Epson and now super satisfied with their ecotank printers......or how you give the competition a sledgehammer. I still have an Epson stylus color 600 working...my very first inkjet

now you notice how smoothly printing can work,
without having to change the print-cartridges after you
have printed 5 pages.
I bought an EcoTank-printer 1 year ago,
and still only 1/5 of my ink-tanks is used,
very good job, this is a real way forward!
