Moins de deux heures après le problème était réglé. Je voudrais ici remercier M Henrard pour sa disponibilité, son efficacité et son amabilité. J'ai rarement vu un service informatique d'une telle qualité. Encore merci et Bertrix est bienheureux de disposer d'un tel service This October 31, 2017, I left my PC (which stubbornly refused to start, a problem that I could not settle by myself) to EPN Bertrix at 12h. Less than two hours after the problem was resolved. I would like to thank Mr Henrard for his availability, his efficiency and his kindness. I have rarely seen a computer service of such quality. Thank you again and Bertrix is blessed to have such a service

Ma belle-mère m 'a dit qu'il y avait un endroit où je pourrais avoir de l'aide et Sylviane m'a tirée de ce mauvais pas avec une grande gentillesse . Comme il y a certaines choses que je ne sais pas faire, je compte bien y retourner . Quelle bonne initiative que cet espace numérique car de nos jours l'ordinateur est très important voir indispensable . Je recommande vivement,à tous et toutes, d'y aller . Merci Sylviane . I had a problem with an important document and no one to help me. My mother-in-law told me that there was a place where I could get help and Sylviane pulled me out of this bad step with great kindness. As there are certain things that I cannot do, I intend to return. What a good initiative this digital space is because nowadays the computer is very important to see essential.
