★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience due to very unfriendly and unprofessional owner. He was (and stayed) on the phone for about 10’ while scanning my purchases and looking for my Mondial Relais package which he in the end never found. He seems to think it is normal that packages go missing in his shop and was very unfriendly when I asked him what I had to do about that and pointed out that it is not normal that packages go missing when he is responsible for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe for grocery shopping it is ok but for Mondial Relay package sending/picking up it is a nightmare. I stopped using this point as the owner is never there on time on weekends mornings, several times was inside with door locked without opening despite me knocking on the door. The last time he saw me waiting for him to open the shop and he left in his car without attending me at all. Moreover, he has this rule that people shopping goes before those sending/picking up the parcels so it often happens to me that he let everybody in the shop go before and I have to wait my turn afterwards despite having a crying baby in the push chair with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had read all the bad reviews related to Mondial Relais issues and I was kind of reluctant to use it as a drop-off point for my packages. But honestly, I have never had any problems for the past one year that I am using it!
