J'avais rendez-vous pour un lissage brésilien qui tient 2-3 mois sur cheveux afro, type 4C. Pour finir, un lissage brésilien ne tiendra pas à cause de la nature de mes cheveux apparemment. A la place, on me propose un autre soin pour "nourrir" mes cheveux, avec un lissage mais qui ne tiendra que deux jours, pour presque le même prix, (environ 120 euros). Trop cher pour un lissage de 2 jours. Je demande alors juste un shampoing et un lissage pour environ 50 euros si possible. Refus total de me faire un shampoing parce que: "l'expérience est importante et il faut que la cliente ait un beau résultat, il ne faut pas qu'il y ait de la mauvaise publicité, et surtout pour "seulement" 50 euros. Le pire, c'est lorsque la gérante me dit que si je veux payer 50 euros, je peux aller à la porte de Namur pour me faire coiffer. Après quoi, elle s'en va s'occuper d'une autre cliente. Au delà de l'insinuation selon laquelle les personnes qui vont se faire coiffer à la porte de Namur ne sont pas assez bien pour eux, Enlace coiffure a refusé de me servir de manière humiliante, et m'a fait bien comprendre que mes cheveux afro ne méritent pas qu'on y accorde un peu de temps, et n'a même pas essayé de m'aider autrement. Manque de professionnalisme incroyable. On ne traite pas les gens comme ça. Refusal of service for asking for shampoo and smoothing for around 50 euros. I had an appointment for a Brazilian straightening that lasts 2-3 months on afro hair, type 4C. Finally, a Brazilian straightening will not hold because of the nature of my hair apparently. Instead, I am offered another treatment to "nourish" my hair, with straightening but which will only last two days, for almost the same price, (around 120 euros). Too expensive for a 2 day straightening. I then just ask for shampoo and smoothing for around 50 euros if possible. Total refusal to shampoo me because: "the experience is important and the client must have a good result, there must be no bad publicity, and especially for" only "50 euros. The worst thing is when the manager tells me that if I want to pay 50 euros, I can go to the Porte de Namur to have my hair done. After which, she goes to take care of another client. Beyond the insinuation that the people who are going to have their hair done at the Porte de Namur are not good enough for them, Enlace coiffure refused to serve me in a humiliating way, and made me understand that my afro hair don't deserve a little time, and hasn't even tried to help me otherwise. Incredible lack of professionalism. We don't treat people like that.

Cela fait des années que je parcours les salons de coiffure, mais je n'ai jamais eu un brushing aussi bien fait. De plus, coiffeuse super gentille et professionnelle. Il y a une très belle atmosphère qui règne dans le salon ! Merci Enlace coiffure !! I am extremely satisfied with my brushing ???. I've been in hair salons for years, but I've never had a blow-dry so well done. Plus, super nice and professional hairdresser. There is a very nice atmosphere in the living room! J'ai cherché LE salon de coiffure et je n'avais jamais trouvé le bon mais celui là.... y'a rien à dire. Je suis satisfaite en tous points notamment parce qu'elle connaît mes cheveux ( j'ai des cheveux crépus) et depuis que je vais là bas mes cheveux sont nourris et soyeux. Very very good hairdresser! 10,000% professional! I recommend this salon with your eyes closed! I looked for THE hairdressing salon and I had never found the right one but this one .... there's nothing to say. I am satisfied in every way especially because she knows my hair (I have frizzy hair) and since I go there my hair is nourished and silky.

Totalement désagréable, je lui demande une grille tarifaire, elle m'appelle et je lui signale que je suis sur mon lieu de travail et elle me répond super méchamment !! Je ne recommande pas si vous voulez être chouchoutez par une coiffeuse. Not a pro at all !!!! Difficult to make yourself understood with the hairdresser .. Completely unpleasant, I ask her for a price list, she calls me and I tell her that I am at my workplace and she answers me very badly !! I don't recommend if you want to be pampered by a hairdresser.

I knew i would pay 45€ Cause that was on her list and she told me i had to take another hair service of 70€ , i said but that's not the hair service i need she told me " but you can buy shoes " so why can't you pay your hair. Very unprofessional, not friendly at all and not helpfull. I don't recommend anyone going there it's very bad service

The stylist is highly professional and always tries her best to cater to her clients according to her expertise! She will never make you pay for something that won’t make you happy! Definitely coming back! Thanks for everything!
D	Di Alva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR: Don’t go to this hairdresser if you have 4c hair type that thick and curls. She doesn’t know how to take care of this type of hair. I’m so disappointed in the way she treated my hair. I lost a lot of hair, because she didn’t know how to comb my hair, carefully to remove the knots in my hair. She uses also a lot of heat on all of her clients hairs with no or insufficient heat protection whenever she puts heat on the hair. If you have thick and curls type 4, than you need a hairdresser who knows how to deal with this kind of hair. And do your hair with a lot of patience. But this woman has no patience! I went to her for a hair Botox treatment, but at the end she told me that she didn’t do hair Botox but a keratin treatment. And that had to pay her more because my hair was too difficult for her to do! I hope this warning will help someone else, to not make the same mistake as I did by going to this hairdresser.

You are not allowed to decide what you want to do with your hair. I never saw a salon choosing what you had to do with your hairstyle. It's was such a horrible experience. I didn't speak french and she told me why i came to Brussels if i can't speak french. Very mean person worst salon you can go to! Travelled 1 hour to go there for a horrible experience! And they didn't do my hair unless i chose what the owner wanted to do With my hair for a higher price unbelievable!!!!
