★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanaf de offerte tot de oplevering van onze zonnepanelen kunnen we enkel maar een zeer goede beoordeling geven. Afspraken werden correct nageleefd, vriendelijke bekwame installateurs en een goede opvolging van hun administratie. Wanneer we overgaan tot het installeren van batterijen komen we zeker bij deze firma terug.
From the quotation to the delivery of our solar panels, we can only give a very good assessment. Agreements were correctly observed, friendly skilled installers and a good follow-up of their administration. When we proceed to install batteries, we will definitely come back to this company.

Bij verkoop kreeg ik een persoon (Christoph) die heel technisch en praktisch op al mijn vragen kon antwoorden (zonnepanelen). Niet echt een "verkoper" denk ik maar iemand die vroeger zelf in de praktijk stond en echt zijn producten door en door kende. Heb een 10-tal bedrijven laten komen, maar allemaal "verkoperspraat". Bij hem voel en merk je dat hij weet wat hij verkoopt!
De afspraken, beloftes en timings werden perfect opgevolgd met uitstekende communicatie! Echt heel tevreden over dit Leuvens bedrijf! Heb na de zonnepannelen ook nog mijn airco´s bij hen besteld en laten plaatsen met dezelfde ervaring. In de bouw eens een zeer aangename ervaring!

When selling, I got a person (Christoph) who could answer all my questions very technically and practically (solar panels). Not really a "seller" I think, but someone who used to be in practice and really knew his products through and through. Have had about 10 companies come, but all "salesman talk". With him you feel and notice that he knows what he is selling!
The agreements, promises and timings were followed up perfectly with excellent communication! Really satisfied with this Leuven company! After the solar panels I also ordered my air conditioners from them and had them installed with the same experience. A very pleasant experience in construction!

Vanaf het eerste contact waren ze erg professioneel en klantgericht, zo hebben ze veel advies gegeven over welke installatie voor ons het beste was. Het plaatsen van de airconditioning gebeurde uitermate professioneel. Zowel de binnen- als buitenunit werden zeer nauwkeurig en proper geplaatst. Kortom een vlotte, vriendelijke en nauwkeurige service. Ik ben er alvast zeer tevreden van.

Tijdens het eerste gesprek werd de tijd genomen om alles helder en duidelijk uit te leggen waarna de offerte binnen het uur in de mailbox zat. Verdere communicatie verliep super vlot en alles werd volgens planning uitgevoerd. De installatie-crew was superenthousiast en leverde knap werk. Kortom: aanrader ...en ikke content :-)
