Nous commandons nos pulls en septembre pour les avoirs pour diverses animations tout au long de l'année(majoritairement octobre-novembre) et assez rapidement et nous les recevons le 17 novembre suite à plusieurs coups de téléphones et plaintes.
Dans un premier temps il y a une rupture de stock de la part de leur fournisseur mais lorsqu'on leur sonnes ils les ont reçu le jour même et les pulls seront "soit disant disponible pour fin du mois d'octobre". Nous re-téléphonons au magasin et la on nous signale encore une rupture! (De qui se moquent donc-t-il? Nous avons décidé d'aller les trouver en face pour faire bouger les choses et une semaines plus tard nous portons belle et bien les pulls malgré que nos animations soit passées!
Enfin, mieux vaut tard que jamais!

We order our sweaters in September for the assets for various animations throughout the year (mostly October-November) and quite quickly and we receive them on November 17 after several phone calls and complaints.
At first there is a stock shortage from their supplier but when they are given they received them the same day and the sweaters will be "supposedly available for the end of October". We are re-calling the store and we are still reporting a break! (Who are you kidding us for?) We decided to go find them in front of them to make things happen and a week later we wear the sweaters beautifully despite our animations are past!
Finally, better late than never!
Really disappointed with the service rendered!
