A cause de cela mon écrit laisse a désirer et oui en effet quand ont parle de document formelle les juste mots ne me viennent pas directement. La dame que j'ai eu au téléphone.. je regrette énormément de pas avoir son nom, elle était hyper impolie! super arrogante! "je ne comprend mais absolument rien de ce que vous me demander" , "je vais devoir le deviner ou vous savez au moins me l'épeler" , honnêtement la honte! si il y avais -5 je mettais sa.j'ai jamais eu une personne tellement mal polie au téléphone.
I am a native of Luxembourg, mother tongue but I studied in Dutch here in Belgium. Because of that my writing leaves something to be desired and yes indeed when they speak of formal document the right words do not come to me directly. The lady I had on the phone .. I regret very much not having her name, she was hyper rude! super arrogant! "I do not understand but absolutely nothing that you ask me," "I'll have to guess it or you know at least spell it to me," honestly shame! if there was -5 I put her in. I've never had a person so badly polite on the phone.
