Alors oui, certains se plaignent du temps d'attente, mais je préfère patienter et être bien reçue lorsque c'est mon tour, que d'être expédié et n'être qu' un numéro.
The people of the consulate are really charming. They take the time to properly explain the procedures to you and answer all your questions. So yes, some complain about the waiting time, but I prefer to wait and be well received when it is my turn, than to be dispatched and only be a number.
