D	Dinu Raducanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a day trip in Leuven and we more or less stopped randomly at a place to eat that looked nice. On the first attempt there were no free tables, which is normally a good sign, so we had to come back in 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and the burgers were surprisingly of very good quality. A bit pricey but this is definitely an upscale burger place. The lemonades with kiwi or very nice as well. We did enjoy our meal there and plan to come back on our next visit to Leuven.

T	Tekla Ódor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ti wait 30 minutes after we ordered to get our food. They forgot our drink order, too. Once we got our burger, it was all cold except the meat. It's a shame, because the food would have been good otherwise.
S	Shanthuru Premkumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very surprised by Ellis Burger place service in Leuven. Probably go to the restaurant once you know the waitress had some holidays. I was treated very badly though I came inside the restaurant at 9pm to eat inside but I was told that they kitchen does not serve people who wanna dine in. The most remarkable feature was the attitude as they refused to talk to me in Dutch and answered to me in English. In addition I think working long hours perhaps makes their staff grumpy (I am sure it was not just racism) but I noticed that they assumed that we eat loaded box fries with our hands and they assumed that we carry lot of water because they do not provide any tissues/serviettes or fork to eat with. Lastly, they promised to give us the food in 10mins send us out into the cold and we stood there for more than 30mins. I am surprised when they say pick up time is in 10 mins but provide the food after 35 mins. Please make an effort to give a better standard as the ones in Brussels are much.
S	Sara McQuaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice veggie burgers and good location. Service was very good until they forgot out dessert at the end. Order sweet potatoes over poutine (SP are delicious but the poutine is just okay. The gravy isn't thick enough to be proper poutine gravy).

Like a real American burger, really. (Even the price was acceptable) However, make sure you have enough time, took a while for our order to arrive. I recommend this place.
D	Dominik Riss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service. Family with 4 kids. Everyone wanted something else not to be part of the burger. In addition to one person having a nut allergy. It was all no problem. We felt absolutely welcome! Food was great as well.
