S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers are good but it's very inconsistent. Through deliveroo we couldn't get gluten free bread. In the restaurant I did but even though it says their burgers are cooked medium, it was rare. They were super under staffed so I didn't feel like wasting time waiting for my burger once more but I couldn't eat it like it was. I sent it back and 40min later I got a new one, without the cheese I asked for. We ate it and 1,5 hours after we first came, we left the place. It wasn't a particularly nice visit but I feel sorry for the waiter. She did her best but she could have apologized for the wait or warn that it might take some time. I would consider going again hoping they are more staffed in the future.

If you're looking for a casual tasty meal at a super affordable price at 3pm, this is the place to go! Ellis is well-located and offers friendly services in a clean environment. I ordered steak and it was unexpectedly tasty for its price. I'll certainly visit again!
B	Bishruti Siku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the Burger and Fries at Ellis Place. The buns/bread is very soft and warm. The burger buns are amazing. The vegetable in burger are cut and prepared in a peculiar manner and tastes wonderful. Also the burger comes in hot plates making it extra special.
