★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Wanted a dry cut, accepted moistening, but did not get out of blow drying (which was way to hard and hot for my hair) and got charged the complete service. I wanted all my hair to the same length, but not two hairs have the same length now. Also, cut doesn't look at all as the one I requested. Positive thing, everyone was very polite.
