Met hun gamma/producten willen ze de ecologische voetafdruk verminderen en meer bewustzijn creëren rond het maken van juiste keuzes in duurzaamheid en dat kan ik alleen maar aanmoedigen. Ik ben grote fan van o.a. Klean Kanteen en kan alleen maar aanraden om contact met hen op te nemen! Elements is a company of and with people with their hearts in the right place where service comes first, just like their passion for the profession and their love for nature. With their range / products they want to reduce the ecological footprint and create more awareness about making the right choices in sustainability and I can only encourage that. I am a big fan of Klean Kanteen, among others, and can only recommend contacting them!
S	Sophie Corneillie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bestelde 12 flessen DEET spray voor mezelf en medestudenten voor onze reis naar Zambia. Ik kocht deze 2 weken op voorhand. Toen ik 1 week later nog geen nieuws / levering had, besloot ik zelf om eens te bellen. Toen informeerde de vrouw aan de telefoon me dat het op een verkeerd adres geleverd was. In de plaats dat deze fout onmiddellijk recht gezet werd, werd het pakje met een normale levertermijn verzonden met als gevolg dat ik door hun fout mijn pakket niet op tijd had. Van verontschuldigen was er ook geen sprake. In het vervolg haal ik de deet spray gewoon bij de apotheek. Deze firma is niet te vertrouwen. I ordered 12 bottles of DEET spray for myself and fellow students for our trip to Zambia. I bought these 2 weeks in advance. When I had no news / delivery 1 week later, I decided to call myself. Then the woman on the phone informed me that it had been delivered to the wrong address. Instead of correcting this error immediately, the package was sent with a normal delivery time, as a result of which I did not have my package on time due to their error. There was also no apology. In the future I just get the deet spray from the pharmacy. This company cannot be trusted.
