Simple repairs take over a month. Nobody calls back even though I asked for it several times a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich stimme vielen Kunden zu, dass man dort sehr freundlich ist, solange man als Kunde kommt, sobald man jedoch eine Reklamation hat, wird diese "nicht" akzeptiert, und die Inhaberin fordert einen auf, unverzüglich das Geschäft zu verlassen, und dieses "nie" wieder zu betreten, als Kunde wird man auch aus deren Kundenkartei entfernt, so diese Aussage von einer der Firmeninhaberin, wenn die so weitermachen, dann wird ihr Geschäft wohl nicht mehr lange bestehen, denn Konkurrenz ist gross, allein schon durch das Internet, wo ich in Zukunft überwiegend einkaufen werde, oder bei der Konkurrenz in St.Vith und Malmedy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Kundenservice bei Reklamationen, kaufe Regional um zu unterstützen, bezahle mehr wie im Netz. Jetzt habe ich ein Problem und kriege als Antwort, das ich schuld bin wenn ich mich für das falsche Gerät entscheide, ich wollte ja dieses Gerät haben.
Nur weiter so, ihr braucht anscheinend keine Kunden!
