Toutefois, je dirais que c'est au moins ce que nous attendons en rentrant chez un commerçant. Par contre, ce qui est à souligner car cela ne se rencontre pas chez tous les commerçants, c'est leur disponibilité et leur efficacité. Notre machine à lessiver est tombée panne, ils nous ont aidé car nous avons rencontrés quelques avec le réparateur. Notre frigo qui avait 15 ans vient de mourir et le jour même, ils se sont organisés pour nous livrer un nouveau. Mille mercis et nous reviendrons.
I can only recommend this store to you. First of all, they are welcoming and give advice. However, I would say that is at least what we expect upon returning to a trader. On the other hand, what should be emphasized because this is not found in all traders is their availability and efficiency. Our washing machine broke down, they helped us as we encountered a few with the repairman. Our 15-year-old fridge just died and the same day they organized to deliver a new one to us. Many thanks and we will be back.

Les prix sont comparables aux grandes chaînes de magasins style vandenborre mais avec un conseil personnalisé et un service de livraison effectué par le personnel du magasin. Un service de dépannage de la maison. Le technicien va à domicile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel qui force à l'achat malgré les "je n'en ai pas besoin " à plusieurs reprises. Prix sur l'étiquette qui n'était pas juste (plus cher que le prix de leur site internet). Je ne recommande pas. On trouve mieux, ailleurs pour des prix identiques voir plus bas !
Staff who force to buy despite "I don't need it" on several occasions. Price on the label which was not fair (more expensive than the price on their website). I do not recommend. You can find better elsewhere for identical prices or even lower!
