I just came from the store and the return service was horrible and totally unprofessional.They were rude from the beginning until the end.If I could I would rate them 0 star. They are SCAMMERS they just want you to buy their products.After that they don’t care at all. They obligate you to buy another product, they don’t reimburse the money even in their site says differently.For them the return policy is different from online shopping but in the ticket its written to see the return policy online.They don’t even give you a paper with the return policy of the store when you buy there. That’s the minimum they must do. In the end I couldn’t return my product.Worst service I have ever experienced.I would never recommend them. DO NOT BUY THERE.SCAMMEEERSSS Reply to Electro Depot reply First of all you can’t stop me from expressing my personal opinion about one of my worst customer experience that I have experienced so far. Second , your support staff should be trained how to speak politely with the customers,especially those two girls that were in shift that moment.It was your employee that was rude and impolite with me. It’s very offensive when someone turns his back on you and goes away speaking rudely. In this moment I got nervous because it was the first time it happened to me this kind of behaviour. When i asked you to show me where it says in your website that I can’t get refunded in cash you didn’t find nothing on your site but were looking to other websites. You should update your policies in your website if you haven’t done it already. Also give your customers the return policy paper in the moment they make the purchase to avoid this kind of horrible situation for the clients.If the return policy would be clear I wouldn’t come to your store in the first place, to return my product. I told you I don’t want any vouchers. Giving vouchers instead of money refund is an obligation for the clients to buy again to your store even If they don’t need any of your products for a long time. Anyway that was my last experience with Electro Depot and I will not recommend to anyone I know
