This doesn't concern only the Anderlecht store but Electro Depot in gerneral. Delivery of the product to their OWN store was promised in ONE HOUR, we have been waiting for FIVE HOURS now. If you promise delivery within the hour then you should deliver within the hour. I know that you (Electro Depot) are going to justify yourself with "one hour from the validation of the order" but if the availability shows "in one hour", you do not excpect it to take five hours (almost whole day). Indicate "available in five hours" then! Payment of the order was instant (PayPal), so no delay cause of the payment! A person is waiting for the collection at the store location! They charge you 2.90€ for their own internal logistics (to their own shop). Ridiculous! They charge you even for the support via phone (0.30€/minute). Picking up a product is very client unfriendly. You have to show a personal ID instead of a simple order number/invoice, like ANYWHERE else. Totally pointless. If i have the collection slip in my phone or printed, what's the point of asking IDs?! Also, another person cannot pick up my order without the hassle of me sending my ID to other persons phone, even if he has the collection slip, order e-mails etc?! EDIT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apparently desired product is out of stock!!!! This "delivery in one hour" seemed like there is ONE product available at Anderlecht store or at least nearby! All this for waiting for SIX HOURS and finally getting information about this at the location (Anderlecht store). So much for one hour! Cancelling order and all future relations with Electro Depot. This is our last order from this impudent establishment. STAY AWAY! Use a decent/reasonable merchant instead.

They give warranty but they don't respond good. I bought a microwave which had a technical problem but they didn't return it. ?

First visit, salesman are cool and open, 3 stars because I didn't felt any soul on the shop, a pure cash and carry shop without a soul to make the shopping funny (this my personnal impression)

Parking is large but still too small for the many people. Click and drive system works good. Waited 2min. Good service. Order and pickup within 12hrs, very fast

They dont have their own delivery staff , their delivery is being done by another company (serexgroup) , you have to call that company to arrange your delivery of items you bought from this shop . not like in mediamarkt , they arrange the delivery soon as you buy the items , no need to bother another company to call . Positive thing about electro depot is that they sell cheaper than any other multimedia shop. And by the way , when u call the serexgroup delivery , they dont speak english.
