Wie is niet in de ban van de authentieke barbecue en de smaak van houtskool in het vlees? Vol ongeduld kijken we steeds uit naar het geringe aantal zomerdagen om de BBQ uit de schuur te halen. Na een lange winterslaap is het eerst een ware uitdaging om het vuur weer aan te steken. Dit natuurlijk buiten de mensen gerekend die niet beschikken over een buitenruimte… Bij ons hoeft niemand zich geremd te voelen!
Wij bereiden ons vlees, vis en groente voor u op de houtskoolgrill en dit het hele jaar door. Voor grote eters hebben we bovendien ietsje meer in petto: u eet tot u genoeg hebt. Tenslotte geeft u zelf ook aan of u een pauze wil inlassen.
We zijn geen pioniers maar we merken wel dat dit concept heel erg in de smaak is gevallen. Een ware uitdaging is om hiermee een breder doelgroep te bereiken en om zelfs internationaal te gaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't have a reservation. Looking for a place to eat before a Cher concert at Sportpaleis, we were lucky to get a table for 2 people. We started with fish and chicken. Tasty but I wasn't really surprised. Then came the big surprise! It was 3 types of beef! Each one more delicious than the other! I honestly say I eat beef often when I go out, but these 3 types of beef were amazing! I couldn't stop eating! And at the end this pineapple with cinnamon!! Wow! The staff was really friendly and easy going. Thank you guys! We will definitely come back when we return to Antwerp!

I could go on until midnight :-) I just stopped on time for a very delicious dessert (cheese cake). I mustn't forget the very friendly staff who explained how it worked and eat was served each time. I will go back very soon...
