N'étant pas une spécialiste de la cuisine espagnole, je ne peux pas vraiment donner un avis, mais comparé à d'autres resto, je trouve la cuisine de El Cuchillo très "belgicisée"
Very nice discovery, a modern and friendly setting, more for an outing with girlfriends than for a romantic meeting. Not being a specialist in Spanish cuisine, I cannot really give an opinion, but compared to other restaurants, I find the cuisine of El Cuchillo very "belgicized"

Cuisine ouverte avec un bar et tables hautes.
Le patron est hyper conviviable et souriant.
Repas avec 5 tapas (thon, aubergines au miel, salade russe, poulpe et patatas bravas ) + 2 verres de vin + 2 bières = <70€ pour un excellente repas.
Seul bémol et pas des moindres, le cuisto qui lèche sa main apres avoir goutté une sauce et qui ne la lave pas... !
Extremely nice and warm place.
Open kitchen with a bar and high tables.
The boss is super friendly and smiling.
Meal with 5 tapas (tuna, eggplant with honey, Russian salad, octopus and patatas bravas) + 2 glasses of wine + 2 beers = <70 € for an excellent meal.
Only downside and not the least, the cook who licks his hand after having tasted a sauce and who does not wash it ...!
