★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilles personnes. J'arrivais en retard à mon vol en Egypt Air au départ de Bruxelles. Je les ai appelés, leur ai expliqué que je prenais le train d'Amsterdam et j'ai demandé qu'ils organisent un enregistrement tardif des bagages pour moi. Ils ont tout arrangé avec leurs collègues à l'aéroport de Bruxelles. Quand je suis arrivé à l'aéroport, ils m'attendaient déjà. J'ai été une super expérience. Merci beaucoup...
Nice people. I arrived late for my Egypt Air flight from Brussels. I called them, explained to them that I was taking the train from Amsterdam, and asked that they arrange a late baggage check-in for me. They arranged everything with their colleagues at Brussels airport. When I got to the airport, they were already waiting for me. I was a great experience. Thank you very much...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إدارة غير لائقة فى التعامل مع الجمهور لقد حاولت الإبلاغ عن فقد حقيبة على رحلة مصر بروكسيل يوم الخميس ٧/٨ ولكن لامجيب لافى بروكسيل ولا القاهرة وحتى الآن الحقيبة مفقودة للأسف الشديد.
Improper management in dealing with the public. I tried to report a bag missing on the Egypt-Brussels flight on Thursday 7/8, but I don't have any answer to either in Brussels or Cairo and so far the bag is missing, unfortunately.
