Church dating from the 12th century and its medieval tower dates back to the 13th century. It is surmounted by a pear-shaped spire from the second half of the 17th century. Originally Romanesque in style, it was later transformed into a Gothic-style building.

The Saint-Martin church is the historic heart of Crupet. It has been there since the 12th century. It still has embrasures to ward off the enemy during the many wars , when the population still came to shelter there . The church was partially rebuilt in the 17th century and the tower was raised. The church contains the memorial stone of Guillame de Carondelet ( 1607 ) - Lord of Crupet - and his wife Jeanne de Brandenbourg . They were the first " real " inhabitants of the castle tower of Crupet , who made them somewhat habitable and the ancestors of the following generations who went to live there . The entire building has been listed as a historic monument since 1936. The church and the ancient lime tree in front of it are inseparable. In front of the church is the memorial monument to the fallen from both world wars . To the left of the church are three original houses from the 18th century. Right on the corner is cafe " la Besace " . It was the former home of Joseph Collot (+1938), a famous bald innkeeper, folk singer, also clog maker, traveling merchant, poet, village philosopher and author of the Walloon text on the sign at the top of the door.
