Délai d'intervention raisonnable (quelques jours de délai mais moins d'une semaine). Ouvrier ponctuel et très cordial également. Prend son temps pour que les choses soient correctement faites et facturation respectée. On a presque droit à un cours quand on pose des questions. Aucune zone d'ombre ! Cordial and professional telephone service with detailed statement of the intervention and rates to the nearest cent. Reasonable intervention time (a few days of delay but less than a week). Worker punctual and very cordial also. Take his time to make sure things are done correctly and billing respected. You are almost entitled to a course when you ask questions. No shadows!
