La cuisine a été livrée sans notre frigo, sans lave-vaisselle, sans hotte, avec des coups dans les meubles / le plan de travail et personne n'est capable de nous donner un délais sur la date d'arrivée de ces produits alors que nous sommes presqu'un mois après la livraison de la cuisine. Personne ne nous a même prévenu avant la livraison de celle-ci qu'il y aurait un retard pour les electro. Bref, pas digne de confiance du tout. As good the salesperson, the after-sales service is a scandal. The kitchen was delivered without our fridge, without dishwasher, without hood, with knocks in the furniture / the worktop and no one is able to give us a deadline on the arrival date of these products while we are almost a month after the delivery of the kitchen. Nobody even warned us before the delivery of it that there would be a delay for the electro. In short, not trustworthy at all.

Après elle a été livrée sans electros, sans évier, sans armoires, j'ai eu des problèmes avec les finitions et des pieces manquantes. Aucune communication entre leur différents services, aucun feedback de EGGO par telephone ou e-mail pour ne pas laisser de preuves pour le retard. Je les ai appellé au moins 100 fois et finalement la cuisine a été terminée plus de 6 mois après la livraison initiale!!! Ce n'est meme pas à croire, mais totalement vrai. A éviter si possible! Not at all satisfied with my experience: first my order was forgotten, hence an initial delay of one month. After it was delivered without appliances, without sink, without cabinets, I had problems with the finishes and missing parts. No communication between their different departments, no feedback from EGGO by phone or e-mail so as not to leave evidence for the delay. I called them at least 100 times and finally the kitchen was finished more than 6 months after the initial delivery!!! It's not even to be believed, but totally true. Avoid if possible!

Un grand merci à Éric, le gérant, pour son excellent suivi. Du coup on a fait des placards sur mesures en plus pour notre bureau et là aussi le résultat est à la hauteur. Merci Eggo What a joy to see his project finished. It's better than I had imagined. Our kitchen is wonderful. Many thanks to Eric, the manager, for his excellent follow-up. So we made more custom cupboards for our office and there too the result is up to par. Thank you

I do not know!!! I do know !!! I do not know is what you hear !!!!!! No one will take the responsibility. While selling products they are very different

Just after purchasing my kitchen I remember reading the reviews here and that made me nervous. But I have to say everything went without trouble, including the flawless placement of the kitchen and stone cut workingtop.
