EDSS - Airco, zonnepanelen, thuisbatterijen & laadpalen

Ik stelde een isolatie-fout vast bij mijn 10-jaar oude installatie (installatie gebeurde niet door EDSS) maar na een telefoontje stond EDSS de volgende morgen toch aan de deur en kon het probleem gedetermineerd worden. Snel en vriendelijk. Merci.

Très très satisfait du service de cette société. J'ai d'abord commencer a prospecter de grosses boites d'installateur, niveau national, type engie ou luminus... finalement, en creusant un peu sur le web je suis tombé sur cette société ayant beaucoup de commentaire positif. J'ai donc fait faire un devis, Le patron est vite venu sur place, m'expliquant tout de façon claire, chiffre a l'appuie. Une fois l'acompte versé, la société s'est rapidement déplacé pour faire notre installation. L'équipe est pro et cela se voit, très sympathique. En une journée, le tout était fonctionnel. Une application permet le suivi journalier de la production, quel plaisir de voir son compteur tourner a l'envers. deux jours plus tard, un certificateur agrée vient vérifier l'installation. Tout était ok. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation cette société très sérieuse et en plus, au devis plus raisonnable que ces géant au niveau national qui n'ont même pas prit la peine de se déplacer pour établir un devis (devis fait sur photo satellite type google earth). Quand c'est bien, il faut le dire aussi ! :)

We zijn heel tevreden over onze airco installatie die geplaatst is door EDSS. Alles werd tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. Mijn grootste vrees was het zicht van de kabelgoten en buitenunit, maar die zijn quasi onzichtbaar. Ondertussen hebben we hem al goed kunnen gebruiken :) Nogmaals bedankt voor de goede samenwerking. Wij maken alvast reclame.

Er werd zeer snel gereageerd op onze aanvraag om een offerte te maken. Enkele dagen later kregen we reeds bezoek van Frank en werden de mogelijkheden duidelijk uitgelegd en werd de offerte opgemaakt. De installateur werkt zéér proper, ruimt alles op, en legt alles zeer duidelijk uit. Echt zeer tevreden over deze firma, en over de airco. Een aanrader !!

TOPBEDRIJF! Tijdens het eerste bezoek werd meteen een offerte opgemaakt volgens onze wensen. Er werd snel een datum afgesproken waarop onze zonnepanelen en airco zouden worden geïnstalleerd. De plaatsers waren stipt en heel vriendelijk. Ze werkten efficiënt en doordacht. Een van de medewerkers bleef tot 's avonds doorwerken en alles werd nadien ook heel mooi opgeruimd. Na de plaatsing werd nog voldoende tijd genomen om de werking van de toestellen duidelijk uit te leggen. Kortom: zeker niet twijfelen om met EDSS in zee te gaan!

Alleen maar positieve woorden voor dit uiterst vakkundig team! Ook over de kwaliteit van de zonnepanelen en thuisbatterij zijn we uitermate tevreden. Kortom, EDSS for the win! Keep up the good work! :) Tessa Vandenbulcke - Steve Bekaert 8560 Gullegem

Super service

At the moment of this writing, there is a very huge demand in Belgium to install solar panels. Needless to say that the number of installers is HUGE. Before deciding to work with EDSS, I let a couple of other installers come to my home to sell their stuff. I was amazed at how much they are trying to sell you solar panels from non-Europe origins (which they don't explicitly say) by saying they are "Belgian" engineered! Then there is the "inverter" topic. I knew from colleagues that "the" inverter to take today is from the brand SMA. So that was a non-negotiable point! According to one of the companies, there weren't any SMA inverter available before the end of the year 2019 (it was June back then). Again a lie (I suppose), because strangely enough for EDSS there was no issue to deliver me an SMA by end of August ... All this to say that the first contact with EDSS has been the best of all. What is also nice to say about them is that they were also one of the few Flemish installers that accepted to install in Wallonia! The installation was planned on the 26th of August. They came with 2 teams because they installed also solar panels at one of my neighbors (we are 4 in total to trust them). Both teams were extremely nice, polite and very good workers. They even did some unplanned extra work in my technical room so that my setup for my other machines didn't change at all (since I was going to pick my electricity for the inverter from one power plug) They finished everything as planned on the same day. They started on time at 7.30 am and left my place a 4 pm. On that day I already enjoyed "free" electricity. The next day (27/08), I already received an email from SMA with my credentials to access my inverter from their website. On Friday (30/8) they planned for a company to check if the installation is conforming. The next week on Wednesday (4/9) a representative from EDSS came to my house to explain everything and sign the papers to give at our electricity distributor (ORES) and Friday (6/9) I already received a confirmation from ORES that everything was in order! In conclusion, opting for EDSS means: - choosing for an amazing installation team - choosing for top quality European solar panels (in our case manufactured in Germany) - choosing for a top brand inverter - choosing for a great and fast administrative follow-up Thank you EDSS for the great service so far!
