β β β β β Avoid this company at all costs. After my service suddenly stopped being stable from one day to the next, and after their unsuccessful attempt to fix the problem from their office over the following two days, I asked them to send a technician. They refused my request for a further 4 weeks, and instead kept trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem from their office (but only when I kept contacting them to let them know their service still wasn't stable). When they finally did send a technician (again, 4 weeks after my service was not stable), they did not promptly follow up with his recommendation, so I had to switch providers.
They are now withholding money taken under advance payment and trying to charge me for a raw copper line, contrary to Belgian law. I complained to the Belgian Telecoms Ombudsman, who concluded they should reimburse me, but they refuse to follow his advice or the law (I understand this is not the first time they refused to do so). So now I have to go through the slow Belgian legal process to collect.
If you do use this company, do not allow them to make electronic withdrawals. Stop them now. Make them invoice you to ensure they do not build up a large amount of fees, which they will keep contrary to Belgian and require you to go to the Courts for restitution.
This company is great with excuses, and no doubt they will try to justify themselves here (which, as I noted, the Telecoms Obudsman has already rejected). I am happy to share my documents to prove all I have said.
AVOID!!!!

β β β β β just dont go to this company. had a problem with them when I transfered my calls to other belgian number. they charge me money for calls that they transfered to other contry when I didnt have any service from them there. customer service didnt help me.
so dont even start to deal with them and dond believe them a word.
I did the same thing by base, orange and proximus and it didnt cost me nothing, and now they carge me 70 euros, so even so that you think they are cheap, in the end they will try to charge you.

β β β β β We just recently became customers of Edpnet and the service is brilliant. I would like to highlight that the communication during the set-up phase (took 10 days from the moment we ordered the service to installation) was absolutely flawless. Everything was very well communicated in advance, modem was sent promptly and the technician was very efficient in setting up the connection in our house (also spoke VERY good English which was a big plus!). Internet itself very fast with no isses so far. Very happy with this and would recommend without any problems.

β β β β β DonΒ΄t ever take your internet with them! It has been a horrible experience. After 1 month and several hours on the phone with them they still did not show up to make the installation. And not only that, they fixed and confirmed by phone 2 different appointments, we were home the whole day and nobody came (of course after that they claim in their reply to my complain that none of the appointements had been fixed but on the phone, after you talk to more than 10 different people and departments from edpnet they tell you a different story in order to get rid of you. So overall, they lie!) . I initially wanted to use edpnet because I know that proximus has a bad service, but honestly I am going back with Proximus, at least like that I will have internet.

β β β β β I have been using their services since more than five years and I haven't had any issues. When they did the installation it was fast and since then everything works. Internet speed is really good but depends of course in the package you choose and also in the place you are. Recommended ?

β β β β β Think 20 times before you will sign a contract. First I tested potential of the Internet on particular address, then I decided 100 and 40 upload. After some time of very good internet, this provider CUT my network speed BY almost HALF! Now My transfer speeds are set to 60 and 30 at max that are not really often. I sent few times complaints. Suggested also if they have problems with infrastructure than I could agree to 60 but also cut the price by same %. One big NO! On top of that if I go to their website and test my address it shows that it should be 100. They know that users are no lawyers so they don't care about the consequences. DON'T SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS PROVIDER.

β β β β β The motto of this company is: "Honest internet for a fair price", but it's quite far from reality. Let me explain my opinion in a few words. Before you opt for their service, you can type your address on their web page to check what speeds are available at your address. However, in real life you may get absolutely different values. In my case it was said that 100 Mbps is available, but in reality I got only a half of it. Is that honest? Don't take seriously what you see on the website - it's just a nice advertising. As for the "fair price" - one day your connection speed may drop from 50 to 20 Mbps, but you will continue paying the same price. As I was told by the specialist, only 20 Mbps speed is guaranteed. All above is a matter of luck, but the price is always the same. Is that fair? What you hear from the helpdesk is: "We can't do anything here, sorry!"
UPDATE: Thanks for a prompt reply. Here you can see the difference in pictures. The first screenshot shows the minimum(!) available speed at my address. The second displays the results of the most recent speed test. And on the third you see the current DSL settings.
This review has been published to attract people's attention to the fact that "what you see is not always what you get".
Your help(less)desk has already checked the profile and closed the case with the words "We can't do anything here, sorry!" If you have anything to add, please contact me by e-mail directly.
UPDATE: on 12/01/2021 the line speed dropped further to 30 Mbps (the real speed is not more than 25).
UPDATE: 26/02/2021 - the speed problem exists for already 3 months - nothing changed so far!
UPDATE: 12/05/2021 - still no solution. As a summary - with this company you cannot be sure about the quality of service. The connection speed may change at any time but you won't get reimbursed. What is even worse - before signing a contract with them you may get confused with the speed available at your address, so don't trust the pictures - the reality is completely different from what they promise!
UPDATE: 16/09/2021 - the ticket open for almost one year (!) - still no solution. Here is a highly professional reply from the provider attached.
UPDATE: 31/10/2021 - the line speed dropped again to 30 Mbps. The speed problems first reported ONE YEAR ago - nothing changed so far. The Help(less)desk can't help. The only solution I see is to change the service provider in nearest future, as fiber is becoming available in the area.

β β β β β Just joined them in September and they have already increased my price by 1 EUR! Unreliable and unpredictable, I expected that for a new customer the price would remain constant for one year at least!
